Shipping Policy

Free U.S. Shipping For orders of $75 or More

  • Only $6.9 will be charged for shipping if order less than $75
  • Process time within 3-5 business days, for orders placed Monday to Friday
  • Delivery time frame within 5-8 business days regularly
  • All shipments will be arranged by USPS

The order processing time is about 3-5 business days (do strict quality-control tests and carefully package the items), and the package will be shipped and arrive within 5-7 business days regularly. In addition, it is estimates only. Orders in weekends and holidays will begin to be processed the following business days.

PLEASE NOTE: Transit times may vary due to the delays caused by shipping couriers, busy sale periods, credit card verification processes, customs inspection, public holidays & any other delay outside of our control.

You will receive one or more notification emails containing your tracking number once your packages(s) have been shipped from our US locations.

Shipping methods

We will process and ship the order from our local warehouse as soon as possible. All orders located in the US will be shipped by standard shipping method.

APO/FPO/DPO or PO BOX Addresses

We accept P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO orders which must be delivered via our Standard shipping option.

Duty and Tax

No extra fee or taxes for US orders! Shipping will be calculated at checkout. Customers can check the full amount of the order before the payment.

Delivery Matters

  • Lost / Stolen

Please contact the carrier and file a claim for any lost or stolen packages during transit / delivery first, and then, contact us about the case number so we can follow up with the status and provide the solution. 

  • Return back to sender

Please double check the shipping address you provided, contact the carrier and notify with your correct address. If the facility can’t resend the package to your new address anymore, contact us via email. We would like to confirm and deal with it as soon as possible.

International Shipping

Sorry, our products are only be shipped in US, we don't offer international shipping at this moment.
