Return & Refund
Return or Exchange within 15 days of Receipt
If you want to do a return or an exchange, please contact us in detail via email within 15 days of receipt.
Warm Tips:
- Item(s) will only be accepted if returned in its original condition with all Foxbikinis tags and bags, new, clean, unworn, unwashed, no marks or stains (including but not limited to: makeup, perfume, etc)
- Due to hygienic concerns, please try on all swimwear over underwear with the hygiene stickers intact and do not remove the hygiene protection adhesive stickers, as returns will not be accepted if removed.
You have 15 days from receiving your order to:
- Email our care team at customercare@foxbikinis.com and notify the below information:
- Get an RMA Code and exchange / return instructions.
- Take your return to local nearest post office, use a traceable shipping method at your expense.
- Send us email with the tracking information
Please remind that items must be returned to us in original condition with all Foxbikinis tags and bag(s) inside.
Foxbikinis reserves the right to reject the returns of goods which are not returned in accordance with our Exchange & Return Policy.
Need to exchange items?
Want to exchange your purchase for a different size/color? Follow the steps above. One time exchange / return only per order applies, unless product deemed faulty. If you wish to try another style, simply return it for a refund or store credit, and purchase the new item separately.
Receiving a refund
You can choose to receive your refund either as store credit to your Foxbikinis account or back to the original payment method. Plus, your shipping costs will be excluded unless the item is faulty.
Refund time frame may vary depending on the payment method and processing times between payment providers:
Credit Card: Your refund will be credited to your account within 15 working days of receipt of your items including the time for inspection by our after-sales team.
PayPal: Your refund will be visible in your PayPal account within 24-48 hours of a refund email being sent.
Store Credit: The reimbursed sum will be available in your account within 24 hours of your refund email being sent.
Gift Card: The gift card code will be available in your account within 24 hours of your refund email being sent.
